"No Cassette!" or "Use TZe Tape!"

The label printer does not recognize the installed tape cassette.

1. Turn off the label printer.

2. Open the back cover and remove the tape cassette from the label printer.

3. Check the label on tape cassette. Only TZe tapes can be used.

4. Re-install the tape cassette back into the label printer. Push down on top of the tape cassette to make sure it is firmly in place and close the cover.

5. Turn on the label printer and try printing a label.

6. If the error message appears, try another tape cassette.

7. If the problem continues, your machine will need service.
